This was such a fun session. I have photographed Miss Olivia several times- since she was still in her Mommy’s belly- so when it was time for her 3 year birthday portraits, I knew she would be perfect to try out my new stylized sessions on. We spent weeks planning each detail, begging, borrowing & buying props. And it wasn’t until I started setting it up till I really knew how it was all going to pull together. (which took over an hour, in 28 degrees -can you say numb fingers?) Despite the chilly weather, and chasing a typical 3 year old around long enough to get some smiles and looking at the camera, I am in LOVE with these images. I love the bright colors against the stark natural winter backdrop, I love the vintage and girly flare. I love that it is unique, candid, and just plain cute!
